The purpose of the platform is the mediation and provision of glamping accommodations, nature experiences, and outdoor activities. The specific service is derived from the respective offer description. A booking is concluded through your binding inquiry and our written confirmation. Cancellations are subject to the deadlines stated in the offer.
You undertake to provide truthful information when booking and to treat the accommodation and its surroundings with care. Any damage must be reported immediately. The maximum number of persons per accommodation must not be exceeded. In the event of violations, the stay may be terminated without compensation.
We are liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. For slight negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. We assume no liability for brought items and vehicles. Participation in outdoor activities is at your own risk.
The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy. By booking, you agree to the use of your email address for booking-related messages. Disclosure to third parties occurs only for contract fulfillment.
We reserve the right to change these terms with reasonable notice. You will be informed by email; if you do not object within 14 days, the new terms will be deemed accepted. Your user account can be terminated at any time by sending a cancellation email to info@glampingqueensland.com.
